A Different Type of Dental Office

We are a small, family-run dental clinic in City Heights, San Diego limited to tooth extractions including wisdom teeth. Our mission is to help patients that are uninsured or have Medi-Cal Dental remove painful or problematic teeth. Our services are provided by experienced General Dentist exodontists who believe in treating all patients with compassion. We do not work with traditional dental insurances (PPO or HMO) but we do post our affordable fees up-front and on this website.

Accepted payment is Cash, Credit Card and Care Credit financing. Fees subject to change. Medi-cal accepted

What types of insurance do you accept?

The Dental Extraction Clinic accepts Medi-Cal Dental only. We are out of network with all other insurance plans. Patients with out-of-network coverage can request a coded receipt for obtaining reimbursement. Our out of pocket fee schedule is often more affordable than using your dental insurance. For example, four wisdom teeth with IV "twilight sleep" sedation is $1375. Payment is due at time of service.

What are your office hours?

Do I need a referral?

No, patients are welcome to book an appointment using the link above without a referral. You can also book an appointment by clicking here. Appointments can be made for a consultation or consultation and same-day treatment.

Can I be sedated?

We offer nitrous oxide sedation, oral sedation to help you relax, and IV conscious sedation. Patients desiring IV sedation require a 'consultation only' appointment before returning for surgery.

Do you offer payment plans?

Sorry, we do not have an in-office payment plan at this time. Treatment costs are due at the time of service.
